Terms of Use

Every individual, referred to here as “User”, who has accessed the website at https://pulpudeva.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) and the information and services therein (collectively referred to as “Content”), provided by “PULPUDIVA-032” EOOD (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”), agrees to and accepts the following General Terms of Use.

The User utilizing this Site is obliged to comply with these General Terms, as well as all provisions of Bulgarian and international legislation. In case of disagreement with the General Terms, the User must immediately cease using the Site. The Provider is not responsible if the User has not familiarized themselves with these Terms.

1. General Terms of Use of the Website

1.1. The User has the right to use this Site, as well as the information and materials contained herein, only for legally permitted purposes, without infringing the rights and restricting access to this Site for third parties.

1.2. The use of the Site is at the initiative, desire, and expense of the User, while observing the limitations in the Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZAPSP) in favor of the copyright holder – “PULPUDIVA-032” EOOD or a third party.
