Hotel rules
The terms of use are an integral part of the hotel rules.
General Rules
Check-in
Hotel guests must check in between 14:00 and 20:00. If an earlier or later check-in is required, guests must notify the hotel using the provided phone number or by submitting a written request. The cost of the reserved stay can be paid in advance, on the day of check-in, or on the day of check-out. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, card, or cash. Guests are required to present an identification document (ID card or passport) to complete the address registration form.
Check-out
Rooms must be vacated by 11:00. If a later check-out is desired, a request must be made at reception, and an additional charge will apply based on the extra hours of stay. If the room is not vacated by the designated time, a fee of %(percentage) of the nightly rate will be charged.
Stay
When leaving the hotel premises, guests are required to lock their room doors as well as the main entrance door of the hotel. A monetary fine will be charged for lost keys. It is strictly forbidden to remove, take, or take out hotel property (towels, sheets, or any other belongings). In case of missing items or damages, guests must cover the cost.
Friends and acquaintances of hotel guests may only be received in common areas such as the restaurant or courtyard. Unregistered persons are not allowed access to the hotel rooms or to temporarily stay in guests’ rooms.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 10:00. If an earlier breakfast or a special meal is required (based on health or dietary needs), guests must notify reception in advance. The breakfast includes one coffee or tea. Any additional beverages or different drink selections must be paid for separately.
Food and Drinks
To comply with hygiene regulations set by the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA), bringing food products into hotel rooms is not allowed.
Smoking and Alcohol
In accordance with Bulgarian law, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Guests who do not comply with this policy will be subject to a monetary fine. Items from the minibar must be declared and paid for at reception.
Behavior
The hotel does not tolerate excessive noise, arrogant behavior, intoxicated guests, or individuals under the influence of substances. Any disorderly behavior that could result in damage to hotel property, as well as disturbances to public order or the comfort of other guests and staff, is strictly prohibited.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on hotel premises.
Security and Surveillance
The hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system covering all public areas.
Complaints
Any questions, complaints, or grievances regarding the stay or staff behavior must be reported to the hotel manager during the stay to ensure immediate resolution.
Emergencies
In case of any problem, emergency, or urgent situation, please inform the reception immediately or contact the hotel manager directly (available 24/7).
